About me

I began working professionally in residential interiors at a boutique Jersey City design firm in 2022, later pursuing my interior design certificate at Parsons before founding M.Fletcher Interiors in 2025.

Before transitioning into design, I spent nearly two decades at Google in client service and sales, an experience that continues to shape the way I run my studio today, with an emphasis on communication, organization, transparency, and keeping projects moving forward thoughtfully and efficiently.

Having lived in cities including Austin, Buenos Aires, and New York, I’m drawn to interiors that feel layered, personal, and deeply connected to the people who live in them.

I’m especially drawn to working with clients who already have a strong sense of style and taste, but need help translating it into a cohesive home.

Based between Jersey City and the Hudson Valley, I work on residential projects throughout New Jersey and New York.
